The Erlebnisweg Obersee is currently the largest and connecting tourism project at the upper Lake Zurich and links the cantons of Schwyz, St. Gallen, and eight municipalities around and over the lake. The path follows mostly along the Obersee on existing hiking and cycling routes, through forests and nature reserves. Along the way you will meet various characters or members of the Obersee secret society. They all tell you exciting, mysterious, surprising, sad, and also funny stories. At the related experience points you can learn more about them.
All members of the secret society guard a treasure that, however, threatens to sink into the depths of the Obersee. They send you on a secret mission with the discovery backpack. If you manage to solve their tasks, you will be accepted into the Obersee secret society and become the guardian of the Obersee treasure.

Directions
From the bus stop "Zentrum" in Wangen, head along Seestrasse to Kirchenrainstrasse (under the motorway), up Buelgasse towards Golfpark Zürichsee and further towards Weingut Irsslinger (at the second intersection follow the signpost). Now follow hiking trail 84 along the beautiful vineyards to Lotti Laus.
Tips:
- If you feel like a round of golf, you are in the right place.
- Or would you prefer a culinary refreshment? Then head to the golf restaurant.
- There is a beautiful circular path with various themed panels on the golf park grounds, e.g., about amphibians. You can easily spend some time around the golf park.
Then you head into Buechberg. Just follow the hiking trail signs No. 84 towards Tuggen. In Buechberg you will also find a great barbecue spot with covered seating.
In Tuggen near Blindenhof, you leave the hiking trail and proceed along Blindenhofstrasse towards Tuggen village. Then follow Buechbergstrasse to the bus stop "Gallusplatz".
If you need a refreshment, you can refresh yourself a bit further ahead at Bäckerei Knobel.

- Please show mutual consideration between hikers and cyclists on the hiking trails.
- You can of course also start the route in Tuggen and hike to Wangen.

No drop-off location in Wangen or Tuggen. We recommend getting the backpack beforehand at another drop-off location.
