The hike from Gütsch to Schneehüenerstock connects two mountain stations of the Andermatt+Sedrun+Disentis mountain railways and winds through the stunning Alpine landscape above the Oberalp Pass. The idyllic Lutersee, with its fire pit and picnic area, invites you to take a leisurely break along the way, while the clear mountain water provides a welcome way to cool off on warm days.
The hike is suitable for both leisure hikers and families. Along the way, the Gloria Trail’s interactive stations invite visitors to play, explore, and learn, turning the outing into a varied nature experience for young and old alike.
Important Note: On the following dates, sporadic military exercises using tracer ammunition (auxiliary ammunition) will take place in the Strahlgand area: August 5 / August 11–14 / August 19–21 / August 24–25. Visitors may continue to use these areas. However, military activities may occur from time to time. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your consideration.
