Welcome to the historic site! The French Revolution with its demands for freedom and equality is one of the greatest achievements in history. The history can be experienced on foot at Bürgenberg.

On the memorial paths at Bürgenberg, entry and exit points can be freely chosen. The route is not predetermined, and it is up to everyone which of the 11 stations they want to visit.

Directions

The path with the 11 stations is accessible year-round and can be individually put together.

Instead of on foot, it is also possible, for example, to get from Stansstad by boat to Kehrsiten or by post bus to Bürgenstock.

Two important sections of the memorial paths are wheelchair accessible: from Stansstad to Kehrsiten or vice versa, and from Bürgenstock Resort to Goldboden – to Schütz Christen and Pierre Dumanet.
