The easily walkable promenade leads you from the modest village square of Rigi Kaltbad along a partly paved road to Rigi First. Along the way, a small playground and benches invite you to linger. On the stroller- and wheelchair-friendly promenade, special attention should be paid to the reformed mountain church by the Zurich architect Ernst Giesel, the typical Nagelfluh rock walls, and an information panel about the origin and geology of the Rigi. From the sunny terrace First, the idyllic upper First Trail leads back to Rigi Kaltbad. You can expect a pleasant circular route with a wonderful view of Lake Lucerne.
