Küssnacht - Gesslerburg - Alpenhof - Holderen - Rütlersplangg - Bänderen - Rigi Staffel

The Seebodenalp is one of the most beautiful viewing terraces of the Swiss Prealps.

The first stage of the Schwyzer Höhenweg contains numerous stops with a high experience value. Make a first stop at the Gesslerburg and embark on the historic castle tour. Then follows a hiking section past typical Küssnacht farms before quickly ascending to the Seebodenalp. At the Seebodenalp, you will be rewarded with a fantastic view of the Pilatus and the Prealps. The route continues leisurely to the Holderen alp and then through the cozy Rigi forest and through the Bänderen to Rigi-Staffel.
