Lake view and mountain view: The Twäregg trail starts at the Klewenalp mountain station (1600 m above sea level) and initially follows the hiking trail towards the PanoramaBar. From there, it continues on the marked snowshoe trail through the forest to the Twäregg. The Twäregg offers a spectacular view with a wonderful panorama over the sea of fog above Lake Lucerne and the Central Swiss mountain region. From the Twäregg, the path leads between the ski slope and the toboggan run to the Stockhütte mountain station. The gondola lift or the sled then takes you down to Emmetten. With the post bus (included in the price of the winter day ticket) you can comfortably return to Beckenried.
Alternatively, you have the option to branch off at Twäregg and take the Ängi chairlift back to the PanoramaBar. From the PanoramaBar, it goes downhill back to the Klewenalp mountain station.
