Hike
The 'Must-Do' extra loop on the Schwyz Valley and Summit route. The spectacular ridge hike with continuous 360° panoramic views to the viewing platform on the Fronalpstock summit is a unique experience. It can also be shortened elegantly and comfortably with the two chairlifts.

From the mountain village of Stoos, after a 10-minute walk, you reach the base station of the Klingenstock chairlift, with which you can shorten the route to the Klingenstock. The hiking path leads via Stoos Hüttä and Holibrig to the Metzg, where a few alpine huts are lined up. On the gravel path, continue past the wooden buildings until a path branches right and leads over steep alpine meadows to the Klingenstock summit.

From there, you hike on the well-developed path with continuous 360° panoramic views via Rot Turm towards Nollen. Behind the Huserstock, a short, rock-cut, well-developed, and secured mountain path winds down to Furggeli. After the alpine hut in Furggeli, you overcome a short ascent and reach the highest located restaurant in the canton of Schwyz. From there, you can take the chairlift to Stoos or walk back to the village.
