The car-free mountain village of Stoos offers three ski trails. The short Stoos Dorf trail is perfect for beginners.

Located at 1300 meters, the Stoos Dorf trail is mostly above the fog line in the sunshine. The entrance is at the Stoos mountain school. Only a few meters of elevation need to be covered. Along the way, there is a beautiful view of the Grosser Mythen. The trail is groomed for classic and skating styles. The steepest funicular in the world brings cross-country skiers from Schwyz-Schlattli up to the mountain village of Stoos.
