Esterliturm observation tower: panoramic view south of Lenzburg

Observation tower
Viewpoint
The first wooden Esterli tower was built and inaugurated over 100 years ago. The local community then erected the new tower in its current form 30 years ago. It towers 48 meters above the landscape. You can reach the viewing platform 45 meters above the ground via the 253 steps.
Magnificent panoramic view
The view that opens up to you from the platform is magnificent. On a clear day, you will not only see the surrounding area with Lake Hallwil and Lake Baldegg, but also the Black Forest to the north and the Alps to the south. You can reach the Esterliturm on foot from Lenzburg railroad station in around 1 ¼ hours. Or in 40 minutes from the nearby bus stop Lenzburg, Fünfweier. There is also a small parking lot here. There are beautiful and well-kept barbecue areas at the tower. Perhaps you would like to spend your next family, company or club outing here?
