The Böschi route is fortunately known to only a few and is correspondingly ridden relatively rarely. It offers an extremely enjoyable route with a fantastic view from the Böschi over the lake and mountains. It is worth it as a short evening route if you start in Sattel. And if you have the gravel bike with you, you can then circle the Ägerisee.

With today's traffic density, the joy of cycling on main roads is often diminished, especially on beautiful weekends. Fortunately, there are rewarding but less-known alternatives. These include the Böschi route, which runs entirely on lightly trafficked roads, allowing you to pursue your sweat-inducing hobby undisturbed. The highlight of the route is the impressive view you enjoy from the viewing terrace after Böschi. Like an eagle's nest, the view stretches over Ägerisee and Morgarten to the ring of the high Alps. On the descent from Sattel, you can choose between pushing the pace on the T8 to Schwyz or leaning into the curves from Ecce Homo to Steinen.
