The playground route is an ideal hike for an adventurous day with the family. The best motivation for children is a ride with the mountain railway and many play options along the way. The playground route offers both.
From the parking lot at the valley station, you go up to the Holzegg station. From there, the hiking trail leads to Alp Zwäcken, where the first playground awaits the children and the parents can enjoy the beautiful view. Next, it goes to the Sonnenhütte where another playground awaits the children. Return on the same path.

A8 toward Biberbrugg. Via Sattel, Rothenthurm, Biberbrugg to Einsiedeln. In the village Einsiedeln turn right to Alpthal / Brunni.
From Zug:
Via Menzingen, Hütten, Biberbrugg to Einsiedeln. In the village Einsiedeln turn right to Alpthal / Brunni.
There is a parking lot directly at the valley station of the Brunni - Holzegg aerial cableway
By bus from Einsiedeln station to Brunni-Alpthal to the last stop.
