From Krienseregg to Alp Mülimäs and Fräkmüntegg
Starting from the Krienseregg middle station, the trail initially leads downhill along a small road, bypassing Foremoos to the west. After crossing the Rotbach stream (985 m), you reach a well-maintained hiking trail that follows the Wissbach stream and leads to the Mülimäs ski lodge. This rest area offers beautiful views of the Rigi, the queen of mountains, among other sights. After about 550 metres, you reach another attractive viewpoint at Alp Mülimäs (1,281 m). From here, the well-maintained trail leads in just under 30 minutes to Fräkmüntegg (1,416 m), the mountain station of the gondola lift and the valley station of the ‘Dragon Ride’ cable car to Pilatus Kulm.
