Stage: Illgau - Muotathal | Schwyz Valley & Summit Tour

In the idyllic mountain village of Illgau at 800 m above sea level, a signpost above the village center shows you the path towards Muotathal. Behind the gravel depot, you first climb a slope, then the path leads steeply down through a wild romantic forest past a magnificent waterfall. At the valley floor in Tristel, near the Vita Parcours on the shore of the Muota, a generously designed fireplace awaits you. Following the Muota upstream, you will reach the village Muotathal at 610 m above sea level in a short time. About 45 minutes further, you will find the accommodation Hüttenhotel Husky-Lodge on the beautiful Muota dam.
