Anyone who enjoys riding over Alpine passes will love this route.

To warm up, you cross the peaceful Brünig Pass (1008 m above sea level), where you can refresh your cornering technique and mountain riding skills. Then it's one pass after another: over the Grimsel Pass (2164 m above sea level) into Upper Valais, from there over the Furka Pass (2429 m above sea level) to Uri, over the Susten Pass (2224 m above sea level) into the Bernese Oberland, and back over the Brünig to Obwalden.
Along this varied pass ride, there is not only much to see but also much to experience. For example, on a detour to the impressive Aare Gorge or on a ride with the nostalgic railway up to the Reichenbach Falls. We recommend a final stop with a breathtaking view at the Chälrankrüti viewing platform, Lungerersee.

Highlights along the route:
- Bruder Klaus Museum, Sachseln
- Chälrütirank viewing platform, Lungern
- Ballenberg Open-Air Museum, Hofstetten near Brienz
