Vitaparcours Lungern

The start of the round tour is located at the Brünig Indoor shooting range. In addition to great jogging routes, various exercises have to be mastered. Depending on the exercise, mobility, strength, or endurance is trained. The versatile course is also equipped with exercises on the rings or the bars. A great addition for everyone who finds "just" jogging too boring.

The time indication refers to the pure running time without the exercises.
