Hike
The Ybriger 7-Egg hiking trail is a mountain trail along seven distinctive ridges of Central Switzerland, a high-altitude path with impressive panoramic views of the high Alps, lakes, and valleys, freely variable depending on desire and time.

The post bus (line 672.30) runs from Einsiedeln station along the Sihlsee to the end of the Waagtal valley to Hoch-Ybrig/Weglosen. Then the aerial cableway easily overcomes the 400 meters of altitude to Seebli in Hoch-Ybrig. Arriving at the Seebli mountain station, take the chairlift up to Sternen. From there, continue on foot along the ridge to Spirstock, with Forst and Druesberg at your back, Muotatal and Stoos visible on the left, and the endless expanse over Sihlsee, Zurich lake to the Zurich Oberland on the right. From Spirstock, the path continues past Laucherenchappeli to Windegg and over Sternenegg to the Ibergeregg pass height.

There is the possibility to shorten the hike on part of the old Schwyzer route to Oberiberg and return there by post bus to the starting point at Einsiedeln station. In the summer months, a bus runs from Ibergeregg to Oberiberg (or Schwyz). Ibergeregg bus

The Ybriger 7-Egg trail continues from Ibergeregg to Muesliegg via Stäglerenegg to Holzegg at the foot of the Grosse Mythen. From Holzegg, you can comfortably take the aerial cableway down. The post bus (line 672.20) takes hikers from Brunni back to Einsiedeln station. For those tireless, from Holzegg via Zwischet Mythen over Haggenegg and then on the Jakobsweg down to Alpthal, you can hike and get on the post bus there.
