A wide range of varieties brings variety to the coffee grinders, the fruity cold brew is of trademark quality and they also excel in the realm of sweets with fluffy croissants or locally baked sweet pastries. As a micro-roastery, they know exactly where the beans and often the coffee plantations come from and ensure the right quality for the café and sales right from the harvest. The coffee is roasted gently, slowly and individually; served personally by the four-strong team of women power baristas.
