Restaurant Schützenmatt

The small dining room is bright and friendly and you can linger for a long time on the garden terrace.  

The dishes are traditional and creative and always beautifully presented. Great emphasis is placed on regional and seasonal cuisine as well as the respectful preparation of the selected products. The menus offer the right dish for every taste - regardless of whether you have a big or small appetite. Restaurant Schützenmatt was awarded 12 Gault Millau points at the end of 2019 

Like Restaurant Fomaz, the restaurant is a project of the Swiss Red Cross (SRC). People from different countries work here and can complete an apprenticeship in the kitchen or service. The international influences can also be found on the menu.
