This route is a MUST for every road cyclist, whether ambitious or not. A scenic pleasure, packed with many highlights: Lake Zurich, the Wägital, the Sattelegg pass, the Sihl high valley with Ybrig, Lake Sihl, the Mythen, Einsiedeln with Einsiedeln Abbey, the St. Meinrad pass and Rapperswil. Also topographically, the route is very varied. After climbs, there are always phases where you can take it a bit easier to recover for the next ascents.
For culinary connoisseurs, there is also much to offer. Numerous ächtSCHWYZ restaurants offer the opportunity to refill your energy stores with Schwyz specialties.

Directions & Parking facilities
To Rapperswil:
Take exit no. 12 (Rapperswil) or no. 13 (Jona) from motorway A53. Take exit no. 39 (Schindellegi) or no. 40 (Pfäffikon/SZ) from motorway A3 and drive via the Seedamm to Rapperswil.
To Pfäffikon/SZ:
Take exit no. 39 (Schindellegi) or no. 40 (Pfäffikon/SZ) from motorway A3 and drive towards Rapperswil and park at the Hotel Seedamm-Plaza.
To Lachen:
Take exit no. 41 from motorway A3 and drive towards Lachen harbor. Large parking area at the Hotel Marina Lachen.
To Einsiedeln:
Take exit no. 37 (Richterswil) or exit no. 39 (Schindellegi) from motorway A3 and drive towards Einsiedeln. From Lucerne, Zug or Schwyz via Sattel and Biberbrugg to Einsiedeln.
Rapperswil:
Parkhaus See, Rapperswil (paid parking)
Pfäffikon/SZ:

Lachen:
