The heart route leads from the magnificent monastery village of Einsiedeln to the equally special Rothenthurm raised bog. In this rare landscape, an ecological idyll of national significance can be found. Shortly afterwards, you find yourself far above Lake Ägeri, which lies far below the route in turquoise splendor. The mountains behind make the scenery perfect, and you almost have to get off to avoid losing control of the vehicle. After a visit to Unterägeri and its famous patisseries, there is another section with a great view, including a 500m glide down into the elegant small town of Zug.

A short detour to the monastery and viewpoint Gubel is worthwhile. The power place has a wonderful aura.
