On a leisurely circular walk along the moor educational trail, hikers learn a lot of interesting facts about the diverse habitat in the moor. The moor educational trail lies idyllically below the Bannwald and leads on a well-maintained path through the natural landscape without affecting it. The quiet and impressive mountain world is a strong companion during the hike. The path starts at the Tourist Info and leads through the village up to the Mariahilf Chapel and further to Flies. There, the barbecue area invites you to take a break, and children can romp around at the stream. Then it continues along the nature trail to the junction on the right side of the path. On the way, you then pass the shooting range, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of Andermatt. Then it goes down again past the Mariahilf Chapel back to the Tourist Info.
