On the Seetal mindfulness trail, you set out on a journey to yourself with your e-bike. The Lake Hallwil route takes you to four “rest stops of small happiness.” Each rest stop is dedicated to a mindfulness exercise and guides you on a decelerating and relaxing journey along the Aabach and Lake Hallwil. You will learn how to consciously perceive the present moment with all your senses. Step out of your thought carousel and find the silence amid the beautiful Seetal nature.
